Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation
We accept the cancellation of orders before the product is shipped or manufactured. If the order is canceled, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product has already been shipped.
Returns (if applicable)

We accept returning products. The customer has the right to request a return within 14 days of receipt.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
Customers are billed for shipping costs at most once (including returns). Consumers will not be charged for restocking for returning the product.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and checked, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of our approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a specified number of days.
Late or missing refund (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
